Tip: Medical insurances often use a third party provider to offer you vision coverage. You may have a Cigna medical plan, but the vision coverage may be under Eyemed or VSP instead.
This list is not all inclusive. To see if we work with your insurance carrier or vision care plan, please call our office for assistance. Our friendly, informed staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
For our out of pocket patients, pricing is as follows:
- Comprehensive Eye Exam $149
- Distance Contact Lens Fitting $95
- Multifocal/Monovision Contact Lens Fitting $120
If you are a part of a plan we do not take, we can give you an itemized receipt with the above charges to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
