It’s about more than just blurry vision.
A comprehensive eye exam is one of the most important steps you can take for your overall health. During your visit, our optometrist will evaluate your vision, screen for common eye diseases, and check for early signs of serious health conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure.
What to expect during your exam:
- Visual acuity testing and eyeglass prescription
- Binocular vision and eye coordination testing
- Retinal imaging to detect and monitor retinal conditions and diseases
- Glaucoma screening
- Dry eye evaluation and treatment
How often should you come in?
Most adults require a comprehensive eye exam once a year. Children, seniors, and patients with health conditions may need more frequent visits. Not sure how often is right for you? We are happy to help!
Need contact lenses?
Need contact lenses? Simply let us know when scheduling your appointment and we will take care of the rest. Keep in mind that contact lens prescriptions are legally required to be updated every year to ensure your eyes are healthy and your prescription is current. A contact lens fitting fee or additional copay may apply and our staff will be happy to walk you through your options.
